Timing
About 10 minutes. Keep it tight; this is exploration, and the payoff is immediate.
Talk track
- Position conversational BI: ask in English, get grounded SQL and an answer.
- Note that it is Claude-powered and in beta, so expect variation.
- Have one strong example question ready for the projector.

Common failures
- Entry point (service sidebar -> ClickHouse agents -> Launch, or ai.clickhouse.cloud): the beta UI may shift, so confirm the path day-of.
- Agent cannot see the taxi tables because the service/database was not connected.

Reset steps
- Recreate the agent and reconnect it to the service and tables.
