Timing
About 10 minutes. Reserve time for two or three volunteer demos on the projector.
Talk track
- Recap the arc: from a local app to a real-time, observable, AI-assisted platform on ClickHouse Cloud in one session.
- Reinforce the take-home: managed ClickHouse, Postgres, ClickPipes, Agents, and ClickStack artifacts persist for the trial. The local app and telemetry forwarder restart with Docker.
- TODO: expand, and prepare the closing pointers (ClickHouse docs, Agents, ClickStack).
Common failures
- Volunteers' apps not in a demo-ready state; pre-select who will present.
- TODO: add anything seen in the dry run.
Reset steps
- Reset any shared state used for demos (managed Postgres fallback pool and projector channel).
- TODO: confirm the shared-state teardown checklist.
