Before learners arrive
- Confirm the workshop site is public and the Polymarket learner pages load without login.
- Verify Gamma, Data API, CLOB REST, and the WebSocket from the venue network.
- Prepare fixture mode even when live mode works; quiet markets are normal.
- Confirm each learner has a Cloud organization, an API key, and permission to create a service, run SQL, save queries, and create dashboards.
- Do not ask learners to create a Polymarket account or wallet.
